I am an ordained, fundamentalist evangelical Christian minister — and an atheist. It might seem counterintuitive to read such a sentence, but a surprising number of ministers are rejecting religious belief.

What Is The Clergy Project?

The Clergy Project is a confidential online community for active and former clergy who do not hold supernatural beliefs. It is a “safe house” where members can freely discuss the challenges they face in leaving ministry and establishing a new life.

How Do I Become A Member?

Prospective members will be carefully screened by current members before being asked to join.
